B.Soc.Sc (Honours in Human Resource Management) from the University of Cape Town. Liat spent 10 years working in South Africa and the abroad in retail, recruitment, training and financial compliance. Through her experience working for dynamic and fast pace environments, as well as dipping her toes into the more conservative world of banking, she is equipped to easily and successfully translate this experience in the graduate market.

Caroline developed an interest in conflict resolution education during her Masters at American University. This experience, as well as her corporate training and HR consulting experience and has equipped her with a holistic view of education and training and laid the foundation for her development of tailored training solutions for her clients.
